What Work is Taking Place?
Beginning as early as Saturday October 28, crews will be working in the vicinity of Eglinton Avenue West at Hilltop and Chiltern Hill Roads to address a blockage in the sanitary sewer system.
Eglinton Avenue West will be reduced to one lane in each direction while this work takes place. Road closures of Chiltern Hill Road and Hilltop Road at Eglinton Avenue may be required. Additional rolling lane closures may be required.

The tunnelled section between Brentcliffe Road and Black Creek Drive is complete, and last year, construction activities began at all 15 underground stations including Kennedy Station. The preparatory works at the at-grade portion of the line, between Brentcliffe Road and Kennedy Station, also started this summer. Since the end of school, many work zones have been set up for construction and some major intersections along Eglinton Avenue have changed.
What Work is Taking Place?
On Thursday, August 10, crews will move the drill rig located at the Secondary Entrance east to the Main Entrance in advance of piling at the Main Entrance. The drill rig will exit the Secondary Entrance and travel east along Eglinton Avenue West, crossing Bathurst Street, over to the Main Entrance located on the northeast corner of Eglinton Avenue and Bathurst Street.
During the move, traffic at the intersection will be stopped for approximately 15 minutes. Read more »
