The light rail vehicle mock up tour is on the move and is making a stop at Gage Park in Brampton from Wednesday, May 15th to Wednesday, May 22nd. Manufactured by Bombardier, the vehicle will be used in the four new light rail transit (LRT) lines that Metrolinx is building across Toronto.

On Saturday May 4th, Crosstown Community Liaison staff participated in a Jane's Walk in Mount Dennis. Eighty people from across the city came took part in a tour of the upcoming infrastructure changes to the neighbourhood led by the Mount Dennis Community Association and the Mount Dennis Weston Network. Metrolinx invites you to attend a meeting on the proposed east tunnel extension to just east of Don Mills Station. In December 2012, changes to the east alignment were proposed. Input from that meeting and a subsequent public meeting in January was collected. At this meeting, Metrolinx will present the most current proposal for the alignment.
The information meeting will begin at 7:00pm with an opportunity to view displays and speak one-on-one with staff. We look forward to seeing you there. Read more »
