As part of construction of the future Kennedy Station, crews will resume relocating watermain and sanitary utilities on Transway Crescent, starting as soon as June 12, 2018. To reduce impacts to the community and commuters this work will be performed overnight and will take approximately three (3) weeks to complete. Crews will commence support of excavation (SOE) work, also known as shoring, on the west side of the Kennedy and Eglinton intersection within a protected work zone in June. This work supports construction of the future Kennedy Station. Read more »

As part of construction of the future Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit (ECLRT), improvements are also being made to the GO Corridor Stouffville Line at Kennedy Station. These include building a new west platform, rebuilding the existing east platform, constructing a new ticketing building for the GO Station, and building a new south pedestrian underpass.
In order to facilitate these improvements, roughly 113 parking spaces at the South Parking Lot will be removed so that the work can be undertaken in a safe manner. Read more »
As part of the ongoing construction works for the future Kennedy Station, installation of above ground and in-ground monitoring points will take place in the vicinity of Eglinton Avenue and Kennedy Road. Monitoring evaluates the impact of construction works and monitoring points are located on Eglinton Avenue from Kennedy Rd to Eglinton Overpass just west of Midland Avenue. Read more »
