What Work is Taking Place?
As early as Monday, December 16, 2019 one lane in each direction on Eglinton Avenue East will be restricted east of Kennedy Road to Midland Road. Work includes concrete and roof slab pours on Eglinton Avenue East.
One eastbound and one westbound lane will be maintained east of Kennedy Road for the duration of this work.

What Work is Taking Place
As early as Saturday, November 30, 2019, a new traffic configuration will be implemented at Kennedy Rd and Eglinton Avenue East to facilitate construction of the future Kennedy LRT Station and guideway. An additional southbound through lane on Kennedy Road at Eglinton Avenue East will be restored and the west crosswalk will be reinstated at the intersection. What Work is Taking Place?
In support of construction of the future Crosstown Light Rail Transit, crews will continue relocation and upgrading of existing overhead and underground utilities between Birchmount Road and Kennedy Road. Work began in June of 2017 and will continue for another six (6) months. Read more »
