What Work is Taking Place?
As part of the continued support of excavation works (shoring) and utility relocations for the future Kennedy Station, crews will be conducting a series of bus flips in the vicinity of the Scarborough Rapid Transit (SRT) - Line 3 at Kennedy Road. Read more »
The construction liaison committee meeting of Pharmacy to Kennedy was held on March 26, 2019. You can see the presentation here:
In support of the construction of the future Kennedy Station, crews will be conducting sanitary pipe installation activities in the center of Eglinton Avenue East, between Ionview Road and Kennedy Road. This work is expected to begin as early as March 6, 2019 and lasting for approximately one (1) week.
In an effort to minimise disruption and to protect the safety of the local community and commuters, work will be performed overnight.

As part of continued support for the future Kennedy Station portal construction, crews will be delivering and pouring cement along Eglinton Avenue East between Ionview Road and Kennedy Road on Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 4:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. To facilitate this delivery, concrete trucks will be arriving to the site from the east and west Eglinton Avenue East.

As part of continued support for the future Kennedy Station portal construction, crews will be conducting Bell infrastructure relocation work at the south west corner of Kennedy Road and Eglinton Avenue East intersection.
There will be intermittent sidewalk closure on the southwest corner of the Kennedy Road and Eglinton Avenue East intersection in order to safely carry out the work.
In support of construction of the future Crosstown Light Rail Transit, crews will continue relocation and upgrading of existing overhead and underground utilities between Birchmount Road and Kennedy Road. Work began in June of 2017 and will continue for another six (6) months. Read more »
Latest Update: March 18, 2019
As part of the ongoing works to build the LRT system along Eglinton Avenue East, crews will be replacing the existing culvert at Massey Creek. Work began as early as late February 2019 and will last for approximately nine (9) months. The creek is located at the signalized intersection of Eglinton Avenue East and Rosemount Drive. Read more »

To facilitate the ongoing utility relocation at the future Kennedy Station, there will be overnight closures of the Temporary Access Road.
Work began on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 and was scheduled for approximately three (3) nights. Due to extreme cold temperatures the work was incomplete. Crews will resume sleeving out wires on the hydro lines at the temporary access road on Tuesday, January 29, 2019. Read more »
