As early as Wednesday, July 6, 2022, a new traffic configuration will be implemented at Allen Road and Eglinton Avenue West. Traffic on Eglinton Avenue West will shift to the south side of the street, and construction will move to the north side. Significant traffic and pedestrian changes will be in effect. As early as Monday, July 4, 2022, crews at Oakwood Station will begin sidewalk restoration works at the south-west and south-east corners of Eglinton Avenue West and Oakwood Avenue.
What Work is Taking Place?
The laneway located between Chaplin Crescent and Russell Hill Road, south of Eglinton Avenue, has reopened. Construction activities north and south of the Tertiary Entrance will continue through Fall 2022.
