On Friday November 8, 2019 beginning at 4:00 a.m. crews will close the Hilltop Road-Bathurst Street laneway behind the Forest Hill Station Secondary Entrance to conduct a concrete pour. The concrete will form the exterior wall of the Secondary Entrance. The pour is one of a series of concrete pours that will take place in 2019 to construct the Secondary Entrance. The pedestrian walkway around the Secondary Entrance site will be closed while the pour takes place. Once the pour is complete, the pedestrian walkway around the Secondary Entrance site will re-open.

- In the event of inclement weather, this work may be rescheduled
Construction Configuration

What to Expect
- The Hilltop Rd-Bathurst St laneway will be closed behind the Secondary Entrance site
- The pedestrian walkway around the Secondary Entrance site will be temporarily closed during this activity
- Overnight noise from construction as well as site lighting can be expected
- Property access, including access to parking spaces in the laneway, will be maintained
- Motorists can expect delays when accessing the laneway
- 10+ concrete trucks expected per hour during the concrete pour
Pedestrian Details
- The sidewalk on the north side of Eglinton Ave W will remain closed at Secondary Entrance
- The pedestrian walkway around the Secondary Entrance site will be temporarily closed during this activity
- Pedestrians can cross Eglinton at Rostrevor Rd to the west and Bathurst St to the east
Traffic Details
- No through access in the Hilltop Rd-Bathurst St laneway will be permitted
- Bathurst St and Eglinton Ave W will remain open during this work
- Peveril Hill Rd N will remain closed at Eglinton during this work Eglinton Ave
- The sidewalk on the north side of Eglinton Ave W will remain closed at Secondary Entrance
