Decking Repair and Concrete Pour at Leaside Station

Decking repairs continue at Bayview Avenue and Eglinton Avenue East. The traffic configuration depicted below will be in place beginning 7:00am on Thursday, December 19 through to 7:00pm on Friday, December 20, 2019. Paid duty officers and flag persons will be onsite to assist with directing traffic and pedestrians for the duration of the work.

HOURS OF WORK

• Lane closures and turn restrictions will be in place beginning at 7:00am on Thursday, December 19, 2019 until 7:00pm on Friday December 20, 2019
• Temporary lane closures may occur for decking repairs through to the end of December 2019. 

TRAFFIC AND PEDESTRIAN IMPACTS

• One lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained.
• All left turns in the intersection will be restricted.
• There is no impact to existing TTC stops.

WHAT TO EXPECT 

• Noise, lighting and traffic delays can be expected while the decking repair is taking place.

 TRAVELLING SMART DURING CONSTRUCTION

• Travel delays are expected with construction. Please allow extra time for your journey.
• Traffic will be extra heavy at peak periods during the Eglinton Crosstown LRT construction.
• When possible, please travel during the off-peak period between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
