What Work is Taking Place?
Beginning November 14, 2020, crews will perform a concrete pour at the main entrance work zone at Laird Station. Preparatory work may begin as early as 6:00 a.m., the pour will take place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
What to Expect
A concrete pour will take place at the main entrance of Laird station. Because concrete pours require a continuous supply of concrete, there will be a truck staging area set-up that will occupy one southbound lane on Laird Drive, south of Eglinton Ave East. Noise can be expected from concrete trucks and pumps.
In the event of inclement weather, this work may be rescheduled.
HOURS OF WORK
• The concrete pour will take place on November 14, 2020.
• Preparatory work may begin as early as 6:00 a.m., the pour will take place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

TRAFFIC DETAILS
• A temporary closure of one southbound lane on Laird Drive south of Eglinton Avenue East.
• Increased truck traffic travelling through the area can be expected.
PEDESTRIAN AND TTC DETAILS
• There will be no changes to existing pedestrian routes or TTC stop locations for this pour.
OTHER IMPACTS
• Noise can be expected from concrete trucks and pumps.
• Site lighting may be required.
