Overnight Utility Work at Forest Hill Station - June 7 & 8, 2021

What Work is Taking Place?

Starting Monday June 7, 2021, for two (2) nights, crews will perform overnight hydro utility work in the vicinity of Eglinton Avenue West and Peveril Hill North. Eglinton Avenue West will be reduced to one lane only between Chiltern Hill Road and Peveril Hill North. Traffic will alternate in each direction with assistance from a Paid Duty Officer and/or traffic control personnel.

What to Expect

Overnight noise from construction activity as well as site lighting can be expected. This work is expected to take two (2) nights to complete.

HOURS OF WORK

• Monday June 7, 2021 for approximately two (2) nights
• Work will take place between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., overnight

TRAFFIC & PEDESTRIAN DETAILS

• Eglinton Avenue West will be reduced to one (1) lane only between Chiltern Hill Rd and Peveril Hill N alternating traffic in each direction
• Traffic control personnel and/or a paid duty officer will be present while this work takes place
