Update: Notice of Water Shut-off

On Wednesday, October 20, 2021 crews will perform watermain connection work at Mount Pleasant Station.  A water shut-off is required to facilitate this work. The water shut-off will take place overnight. Water service will be restored upon completion of the work. Please carefully read the water shut-off details below.

Water Shut-off Details:

• Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at 10:00 p.m. for approximately nine (9) hours.
• The following properties are expected to be affected:
  • 245 Eglinton Avenue East 
  • 693 - 710 Mount Pleasant Road (odd numbers only)
•  The water shut-off may be longer or shorter than expected and may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.

What to Expect

Water service will be unavailable while this work takes place.  Overnight noise from construction activity can be expected

• The water shut-off will take place overnight and will begin at approximately 10:00 p.m.

• No changes to the current traffic configuration or pedestrian routes are required for this work.
