Road Restoration Works on Hollis Street, Weston Road & Eglinton Avenue West

What Work is Taking Place?

As early as Wednesday December 8, 2021, crews will be preforming road restoration work on Hollis Street and at Weston Road and Eglinton Avenue West. To facilitate this work safely, Weston Road will be reduced to one lane in each direction north of Eglinton Avenue West. Lane reductions on Weston Road, north of Eglinton Avenue West will only  be in place during the day while work takes place and will reinstated in the evenings. The northbound and southbound left turns on Weston Road will be restricted only while this work takes place and will be reinstated in the evenings. The westbound left turn on Eglinton Avenue West will remain restricted. This work is expected to take place on  Monday - Friday between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. for approximately three (3) weeks.

What to Expect

Expect delays while travelling through the area. Noise from construction activities can be expected.  Traffic control personnel and/or a Paid Duty Officer will be present while this work takes place.
